1. What did you do in class today?
I did the presentation about business trip with my partner. After the presentation, I did the making call about computer company and travel agency.

2. Did you enjoy doing these activities in class today?
Yes, I did. I could do many roles, for example, phone caller and receiver.

3. Did you think these activities were easy or difficult?
It was difficult for me. In making call, I could not see the face of partner. And It was difficult to make responses while listening.

4. What did you learn?
I could learn how to make call and make responses.

1. What did you do in class today?
I did the textbook p.16 and p.19. I chose the telephone expression. Next, I thought the conversation with my partner.

Yes, I did. Because, I could learn new things about telephone expression! I want to use the expression on the phone.

3. Did you think these activities were easy or difficult?
I felt this class was difficult. Because I don’t know right expression, for example, “Can I ~?” “Can you~?” This is complicated.

4. What did you learn?
I learned many telephone expressions. But I want to learn more it. It was very difficult for me.

Yes!! Because I could learn many things, especially the begining of the call.

It was difficult for me because listening to some delegates chatting is hard to understand.

I learned the listening skill. Listening to some delegates chatting is hard. But you gived me the script so I could confirm contets.
